Devlog after 1 week of working on my Martin game

In college, we were told to make a tiny narrative-driven game in 2 weeks, 3 classes. I wanted to make a twine game, but decided to learn a bit about HTML and CSS before messing with Twine. I followed an introduction to HTML guide, and then followed an HTML + CSS guide and Twinery guide by Adam Hammond. It was very educational and very fun, to have childlike wonder for learning about plaintext (and yes, I switched from SublimeText to Notepad at one point, haha).

I wanted to take inspiration from the goofy roleplay storytelling style of a notorious webcomic called Homestuck, so I decided to put the player in the shoes of a middle school kid named Martin preparing for school, and give different silly ways how the story can end. Twine will work great for this.
